HR2eazy Managers needed a fast, dedicated desktop tool to manage HR data and get instant AI-assisted answers, without depending on a browser tab or waiting on slow admin workflows.
WarisanTechQ built EazyDesk, HR2eazy's standalone Electron desktop app for Windows & Mac, giving HR Managers native performance, deep OS integration, and a built-in AI assistant.
Challenge
HR Managers faced several everyday obstacles:
- Browser-based tools that were slow for heavy day-to-day HR work
- No dedicated, always-available desktop workspace
- Slow AI responses caused by two sequential model calls per query
- No easy path to extend the same tool to mobile devices
